Just as with psychoactive substances or other trance states, sexual arousal activates deep areas of the brain that have been dormant or suppressed for a long time. This process also involves reprogramming the mind to be open to new realities or codes we wish to integrate into our system. Expanded States of Consciousness
During sexual arousal, there is potential to experience an expansion beyond our everyday, familiar self. This is the basis of all tantric sexuality and the gift of a true sacred union. The more sacred and real the union is, the better the results will be, and the more powerful and tangible the soul expansion and evolution will be achieved. With the true work of a sex priestess or a genuine shamanic guide, the euphoria will not end the next day or when the psychedelic experience ends. It is deeply ingrained in the psyche, and with one's commitment to their evolution, a real shift is made.
